Refund policy

At Southern Roots Creations, I take pride in every wreath I create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your wreath arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. I will gladly work with you to resolve the problem through a repair, replacement, or refund.
If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund will be issued.
A care instruction sheet will be provided with every wreath to help maintain its beauty and longevity. Damage caused by improper care, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
